Professor ​Maja Vukasović Žontar is a private scientific researcher, who after completing her studies in psychology at Columbia University in New York and linguistics at the Faculty of Arts in Zagreb, gained her work experience and expertise as a consultant, HR director and coach in the US, European and Slovenian business environments.

For the last 15 years, she has worked as a scientific researcher, consultant and lecturer in the fields of management and communication, and as a private and business coach in the fields of occupational psychology, stress management, contemporary forms of employee management and motivation, and communication skills.

To date, she has held more than 1,500 seminars, workshops and lectures on subjects such as management and communication skills, motivation, preventing and managing conflicts, the art of cooperation, non-violent communication, the management of workplace stress and many other subjects in the fields of occupational psychology and communication. ​

Ms Vukasović Žontar has completed more than 10,000 hours of training. She is a long-time lecturer and external consultant for prominent educational institutions, such as the Administration Academy at the Ministry of Public Administration, the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, the Slovenian Institute of Quality and Metrology (SIQ) and others
