Dr Igor Likar
former Managing Director of SIQOur institute has been working with Maja Žontar since 2003. In those years, she has become our most important lecturer in the area of employee management and development. We have also developed a very successful business partnership during that time. Together with Maja, our institute successfully introduced a competence model and annual performance appraisal and personal development reviews with employees, all of which has contributed to a truly systematic approach to HR management and strengthened the desired organisational thinking and culture.

former President of the Management Board of Filc d.d. from 1996 to 2017, Co-owner of FilcMaja and I first met at a training event she organised for our management staff at Filc around ten years ago. Her professional and dynamic approach, ethics and compelling presentation of her experience in the corporate world in which she worked were the reasons that we asked her to help us again in 2015 in the formulation of a contemporary HR policy at our rapidly growing company. Together, we set up a core competence model for all employees, introduced annual performance appraisal and personal development reviews in practice, and developed and strengthened management and communication skills. As an external consultant, she shared with us her knowledge and experience, which our employees use to their advantage in their everyday work.
