On this basis, we worked together to formulate the content for annual performance appraisal and personal development reviews, established an effective way to monitor and assess work performance, and updated our existing job classification rulebook. Co-owner of FilcMaja and I first met at a training event she organised for our management staff at Filc around ten years ago.
