All forms of training, such as seminars, workshops and follow-ups, are typically intended for closed groups (i.e. participants come from the same business environment or organisation), and are adapted to the maximum extent possible to the needs, choices and characteristics of the client/organisation and its business environment.

Group of participants in the 'Stress in the workplace' workshop held for ITW MetalflexWe were taught in a simple way about the functioning of the brain and its responses to various life situations, both negative and positive. Stress is a major problem today, and something we encounter continuously. The result is the release of cortisol, a stress hormone, which erodes our psychological and physical health. We were presented various stress management techniques, and given advice about how to re-establish order in our minds. Each person must do something for themselves. The content of the lecture was presented in a very interesting way, reinforced with specific cases, and remains useful in all of life’s moments, both at work and home, as it touches all levels of the individual. As a lecturer, Maja is a ray of sunshine that brightens every day.

Financial Administration of the Republic of SloveniaWe have been working with Maja, an experienced, dynamic and charismatic lecturer, for many years. She has organised numerous training events for us, including training in the areas of managing demanding clients, the effective management of employees and stress management. As is evident from the assessments performed at the end of every training, I can confirm that participants were impressed by her energetic and interesting approach to such serious and complex content, and were satisfied with the knowledge they obtained. After attending such workshops, I am considerably more efficient in the management of everyday stress, thanks to Maja’s excellent approach.
